The iBUILD mobile platform facilitates access to credit for consumers in need of a construction loan and after lender approval, iBUILD allows them to manage contractor and supplier bids, budgets and payments, for their projects, all through a mobile app. iBUILD integrates customer transaction data with the lender desktop dashboards for monitoring and assurance that loan funds are being used for their intended purpose. Loan disbursements are based on geo-verified and completed work for each specific project across their entire loan portfolio.
