Lew is an accomplished CEO with international leadership experience. First in finance, then in the fishing industry, Lew ultimately invested his experience in affordable housing innovation where he pioneered housing production strategies (PPP) in the U.S., resulting in thousands of affordable homes.

Eric has extensive experience in Publishing and Content Development, Entertainment, Financial Services, and Information Technology industries and possesses over forty years of experience in the fields of International Business, Corporate Finance, Debt and Equity Financing, Production and Procurement, International Treasury, and Taxation. In addition, Eric has played integral roles in developing and growing start-up / early-stage businesses as well as successful turnaround and restructuring initiatives for a wide range of companies.Eric is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Eric has readily contributed his expertise to academia as an adjunct professor of business administration and lecturer.

Nancy is a co-founder of iBUILD and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer. She is an industry leader with corporate marketing and brand management experience with Coca-Cola USA, Kellogg’s and Leo Burnett Advertising. A former CEO of multiple companies, Nancy brings significant global management experience. Nancy is a start-up guru and holds a U.S. process patent. She has been heralded internationally for her entrepreneurial, paradigm-changing leadership and is a frequent mentor to women and youth. She is an angel investor and holds a Masters degree in International Relations from Tufts University.

Ronald is a co-founder of iBUILD. He is a certified Kenyan architect with over 20 years of international experience. Prior to iBUILD, Ronald was working for Habitat for Humanity as a Housing Support Services (HSS) specialist. He was responsible for the strategic planning, design, monitoring, supporting implementation and evaluation of the East African Housing Support Services (HSS) including Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Uganda, and Zambia.

Heiner Gamboa is a seasoned technology executive with experienced leadership in steering transformative teams across multiple industries in emerging technology and business strategy to propel sustainable growth and foster competitive advantage. His visionary approach and strategic acumen have been instrumental in driving impactful change and innovation, making him a valuable asset in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of technology and business.

Aggrey is the current Market Director in Kenya. He has a rich experience in Housing microfinance industry for 12 years. Has an education background in Building & construction and Project management. Joined iBUILD team from concept development pilot and Product rollout in kenya. In his past role as a product manager, he was responsible in rolling out Housing microfinance products in Letshego a leading microfinance right from product design, pilot and rollout. He is responsible for managing the operations at iBUILD Kenya.

Eric Traub is the Global Director of Programs at iBUILD Global, Inc, where one of his focal areas is developing sustainable housing initiatives supported by iBUILD’s technology, including building new partnerships to expand ecosystem connectivity for the sustainable housing sector and implementing new finance modalities to support and incentivize green building projects. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy and has 10+ years of experience designing and implementing global climate and development solutions, including nature-based solutions, forest carbon programs, sustainable food and agriculture initiatives, and innovative finance schemes. Jonathan is a co-founder of iBUILD. He is a lean six sigma and gained his experience with IBM as a management consultant for 7 years. He oversaw projects with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies as part of IBM's Strategy and Analytics practice. He has extensive expertise in interactive experience, application design, big data analytics, techniques, organizational change management and continuous process improvement.

Mr. Sikukuu A N E Mclanhan is graduate of the prestigious Strathmore university obtaining a second upper class honors in Bachelors of commerce major in marketing and minor in finance. Having worked previously in both Dubai, Singapore and Nairobi under a real estate firm, an agribusiness start up and a software engineering company he brings a wealth of experience in terms of business development, local and regional knowledge.
